Wanted to take this chance to wish everyone the warmest and most wonderful Christmas season. We are currently getting battered by sub-freezing temperatures, high winds and intermittent snow as much of the Northeast and Midwest is this week. Although this means we may not get to see some of the loved ones we wanted to, we'll instead look at the blessings such an opportunity brings. 

Grateful to have a warm home, stocked up on good food and for all the other things in life that make it worth living.  And to take a moment to acknowledge that many others may not be so fortunate.  If you are able, and are looking for a worthy charity this holiday season, please think of donating to your local Salvation Army chapter. I feel they are one of the best run charities out there, with a larger the usual percentage of their proceeds going directly to help those in need.
